Nehad not only helped us sell our townhouse in Clearwater, Florida but he also helped us with our new housing search, which covered as far south as St. Petersburg, as far north as Tarpon Springs, and as far west as Westly Chapel. While the search took a little longer than expected, we had three contracts fall through, he remained patient and steadfast and helped us fine tune each offer we submitted. When it came time to negotiate on issues associated with the inspections or appraisals, he worked hard to try and find a reasonable compromise. Nehad was very responsive and always had time to talk to us, whether late in the evening or early in the morning.
